2017 was a hard year full of heartache and stress. My health really reflected that and my wellness took a backseat to everything else. I knew I needed to really focus on myself in 2018, focus on feeling good and taking care of some of the health issues I had been dealing with. I started following Phoebe Lapine on Instagram after hearing her on some podcast episodes. I ordered her book The Wellness Project and starting following her journey. As I read, I immediately knew I should do one of my own. Basically, this is how my project will work, every month I will be focusing on one area of my health and life and figuring out little things to change to feel better! If something isn’t working or I really don’t enjoy it I will stop. This project isn’t meant to be restrictive or like punishment. I am just making adjustments, some big, some little.
